Milian made a point of focusing her returning to the music business on promoting the single Us Against the World. Also, she shot the video. In the years since, Milian said that she became a little bit more meticulous about what was she believed to be worthy to be on the album and resumed recording. The album featured the ballad"Stay Euroclub Tug of War, reminiscent of Madonna's 1990s style and the happy song Diamonds which featured Kanye. Pitbull and Rick Ross also appeared on Blissful the track, which was recorded by Cool & Dre. Milian was involved in Be Cool with John Travolta, Uma Thurman. She also recorded two songs on the album. After that, Milian was selected as the lead character with Kristen Bell and Ian Somerhalder in Pulse. The film was based on the 1999 Japanese film Kairo as well as adapted and helmed by Wes Craven. After playing the lead role in Friends the film, she ascended to an all-new level of fame. For her role, she received many awards and nominations. The show was extremely popular and ran for a ten-year period. As of her most recent appearance she played a crucial supporting role as a supporting character in Mothers and Daughters. She has won several accolades, such as the TV Guide Award and Golden Derby Award.
